Quick question about coolant changes for head gasket issues
I had the head gasket leak that was typical of Subarus about 30,000 miles ago. I've also seen it discussed in this thread... http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...4#post26433214
Is it still the consensus to change the coolant to try and avoid corrosion of the gaskets? I know I read somewhere that there's a certain type of coolant that is superior and less likely to become corrosive but I'm not sure what it is... any pointers? Thank you!  |
