I like both. I somewhat feel like the Q300 is somewhat raspy for just a CBE though... And Cobb needs to hurry up and release the CBE for the sedan alreadyy

I'm impatient. I'm giving the Q300 a whirl. From the few clips I've found on it, it sounds pretty good, and the titanium tips look awesome. I'll report back here post-install.

I found a recent post from Perrin stating the timeline for the sedan system is 'within the next 6 months'.

I like Perrin products, but not enough to wait 6 months to see if I like it. it will probably come out sooner, one of those over-estimate deals so you don't disappoint someone.

I thought perrin had their catback listed for the 2011 wrx on their site already. Is there another catback design they're making?

Please make a decent video of this system, hope it sounds as ballsy as it looks. What color is your car?

sure I can get a good quality youtube of it. I'll do start up @ cold idle and normal idle, a couple of revs, a couple of drive by's, and a bit of in cabin driving.

my car is WRB.

I just noticed that most of you are not in the SoCal area, but if you want to hear the HKS system, just let me know. Yes, it's spendy...

this is the same exhaust as they sell for the 08+ WRX's...they have one in the works specifically for the 11's which is a quad tip, but not sure when it will be out

Sounds way to raspy for my taste. So I'm most likely going to get a Cobb CBE/DP

they just got pics up of the 2011 WRX/STI exhaust lineup. I believe they will update with pics of them fully installed as well as vids. And no I'm not from Tanabe, but they will be using my car

Maybe I am just a little too laid back, but I really like the understatedness of the SPT exhaust. It sounds much better than the stock system but is not nearly as harsh as many of the other systems.

Borla was mentioned by the OP, but never again. It doesn't seem to be a huge name in this community, but i absolutely love their systems. They, much like the SPT, are the perfect combination of quality tame tone and good bass without ever getting raspy or obnoxiously loud.

Anyone know if a 2010 system can fit the 11's? I'm not sure what the difference may be.

Yes someone please at least post pics of what the dual exhaust looks on the new rear sedan bumper over the quad tip. I want to know if it looks super ricey or not...

I hope those cans are fat enough to fill up the sedan's holes. Perrin's system looks a bit odd with the 08 exhaust.

I think the one sound the best is the Cobb Tuning Prototype Exhaust, but do you think they will make the same one for the hachback ? Would be nice on my WRX

I wonder what DP he has with the Invidia CBE ?
I loved the Cobb TBE on my 2004 STi and was eagerly awaiting one for the 2011 sedan.
I know that Cobb wants to put out a quality piece,
but the car has been out for 6 months already and still no exhaust.
After doing as much research as possible on the sound/loudness of the Invidia Q300,
I ordered one with a catted Cobb DP.
If I don't like it, keep your eyes on the for-sale section !
