OK...I have one

many years ago I had a 1981 Celica GT ...nice car...loved it...it was modded a bit

Anyway....I pulled into the apartment complex I lived in...a bit too fast, mebbe

:....the blacktop had been sealed not too long before and was REAL slick when it was wet.

I hit a puddle just left from somebody washing their car and looped it, and stopped perfectly in a parking spot like I had planned it, car stalled.

I got out and was walking away from the car like nothing happened

There were 2 girls walking past and one asked me ...
"Why do you drive like that?"

I thought for a sec and out came, "Because I can......?"

They were

I was laying on a futon with some girl I just met. It was early the next morning after a party. Head was a little sore. Beyond the sliding glass door a car starts up. Sounds like a lawn mower. Our eyes were closed.

Me: ugh.. What the hell is that!
Her: *pfttt* probably just a Honda..

My eyes shot wide open and I smirked. Thought I just fell in love.

I was so embarrassed by the girl I took out last night. I live in alaska where 75 percent of the people here commute in trucks and here are her comments.

Her: What's that sticker on your window mean.
Me: it means it's a horizontally opposed 4 cylinder.
Her: hmm.. why don't you drive a truck?
Me: I used drive a big old 89 chevy but I hated paying to fill it up. Plus I have to much fun with my subarus.
Her: oh...welllll you should drive a truck, four cylinder cars are soooo rice.
Me: I'm guessing you drive a truck?
Her: duuuh and my dakota has the v6, it would smoke this thing.
Me: yeah your probably right, more cylinders doooes mean faster. Especially when positioned in a "v" cuz it's more aero dynamic right?( I just laughed inside because I was kidding with her)

Hahaha naw I'm not that mean, especially with a sure thing lol. To her credit she did enjoy the hard pull while entering the highway. I just kept the subject off of vehicles the rest of the night.
