Starting this thread on recent suggestion that people may think the Cedar Rapids thread is too exclusive to post in if they're too far away. We have a small group going here, based out of the IC/CR Corridor area, and we're looking to expand and hopefully get a monthly meet going!

Since the ISC Facebook page has been created, this thread has slowed down, unfortunately, and doesn't get updated as frequently as I'd like to... To get the most up to date info going on with the club, check out the Iowa Subaru Club on Facebook here:

Would like to set up on the first page all events and info like the main ISC page.. Along with screen names/ real names. We will include a link to the ISC page and any other important info. "shows, auto-x, track-days, and eventually meetings!"

Me and my friend Ben (he has a white 2008 Evo X) are heading to the Columbia, MO show. My friend Don lives in Jefferson City, MO (he has a 2004 STi) and we'll all be attending together. We plan on heading down that way Thursday June 2nd and using Friday June 3rd to polish up everyone's cars. When were you guys planning on going down. Maybe we could meet up before the show and roll in together.

June meet is at Legends American Grill Downtown in the Court Ave. district. Our reservations are outdoors on the patio at this point, if the weather is bad, we will have a room to ourselves anyways!

The meet place will be on the top level of the parking garage across the street between 2nd and 3rd and Court and Walnut streets. As long as there are no special events that evening, parking will be free after 5pm.

Ames Crew will meet up at the Church on Stanton across from the Legends in Campus Town Ames between 5 and 5:30, with a departure of 5:30.

We are headed down friday, my mother-in-law is in Columbia, so we are going to visit. For the show I will roll with Blake in his OBS, as my wife her momma and the girls are going to have a day together. Are you going to stay in Jeff city?
