It totally depends on the dealer, not SOA. There are plenty of dealers who've stepped up and replaced shortblocks in cars with DP's and tunes, and there are plenty who haven't, regardless of claim acceptance by SOA. Matt (owner) was crystal clear with me: "as long as there's no DP on the car, we will fix it, period." BTW, Matt drives a 450whp GT35R 2009 STi, so he knows a little about "mods." Lol

Again, the "counter" tells them nothing. If the factory tune resides in the ECU, they're going to have to come up with a different reason for denial, if that's where they're headed. The SOA/Dealer catch-all classic is "abuse."
