Who's in Hattiesburg

Are there any Scoobies in or in the surrounding areas of Hattiesburg. I haven't seen any. I just moved here from Mobile just trying to see who's out there.

No. I have a blue 2005 WRX wagon. Probably the only one in the state of ms. I'll be at Southern this fall. Is there much of a Subaru community here?

Not much of a Subaru community around Ms. There are a few around the coast (military) and one or two in Jackson. I also have a 2005 wrb wagon but just moved to Nc. My folks live in Flowood and I have friends in the burg so you may see me there on a rare occasion. There is another Mississippi thread already that you should subscribe to.

Not that I'm aware of. In general, there are a few cool sports cars in the area. I've seen a couple of different Ferraris, a silver GT3, Caymans, Boxters, M3's, and 370Zs. It would be nice if we could start a little sports car club. Have you done any auto-x or track days?

Nah, I haven't done any autoX but I did recently purchase a ZX6R so I probably will try to rode that around town to keep miles off my van. And yeah I say a red GT2 or 3 the other day near Jackson street BAMF car, but I think I could take him. Or at least I'll tell him I could. Haha. Well if you come in town and wonna get the cars together and try to raise a little hell on some back roads just hit me up.

Sorry to wake a dead thread but I'm here! I'm the white Bugeye WRX with BBS goldies. I've seen a few other WRXs around town. I'm forgetting colors currently, but seems like there's another bugeye, an 04-05, and 2-3 newer (08+). I'm up for starting a sports car club, just to organize some cruising meets. I've seen a Saturday night "gathering" at Gander Mtn parking lot, but I'd rather go with fellow scoobies than show up alone. Send me a PM or let's keep this old thread going!

I'm thinking of coming out to the meet at Ganders. I have been riding around town a lot since I've moved here. I was soo sad cause I only saw one 07 wrx....lets get this thing kicking again. There have to be more subies out there!
