My box of wiggins clamps came in yesterday spent the whole day up till 11pm finishing the turbo setup enough to mount turbos. Had to do a lot of unexpected work, but turbos mounted and cab was installed today. Will get some pics up shortly.

Here are 3 of 6 sets of wiggins clamps being used. 2 on the bw s200 and 1 on the bw s400. Need to finish the axle back section of the exhaust finish piping from big turbo to small turbo since its a compoind setup. And also all the intercooler piping, but theres still quite a bit left to do.

Do yall worry about the hotsides of each turbo?? They are close to plastic things and the intake manifold itself but since this is a diesel I imagine extra heat on the intake side isnt a terrible thing. Nice work those welds are WOW the manifolds are clean and the chassis work is nice im sure that is a expensive project

i orderd ptp tubo blankets for the hotsides. the big one has it installed since we did that before the cab was put on because its now impossible to install it with the cab on. Havent installed the smaller turbos turbo blanket yet. The stock turbo sits where the big turbo sits normally.

ya dont ask about that, i have feelings its going to fail. Not sure if any of the pics I posted showed it but we also have huge 6 piston calipers in the rear as well. I dont think a line lock is gonna fix that issue even though they think it will. Theres some things I wish would of been done differently, some things i wanted to do early on Im doing now because stuff didnt work out correctly like I had projected. I think the truck overall came out nice, but it could of been nicer and things could of been more streamlined and a lot of money and work could have been saved if things were more thought out and not rushed. In fact things probably would have been faster if it wasnt rushed as we had to redo several things because they werent thought out through the end. oh well, what can ya do.

I hope that you put headstuds, oil cooler and egr delete kits on that motor!
Also the new fuel press reg kit from ford to bump up the fuel press. These are the big 4 problems on the 6.OH that I replace on a regular basis, apart from injectors. |

we manufacture all those parts in house, except headstuds which we order boxes of from arp. Complete fuel system has been upgraded, nothing is oem.

12 volt or it will explode!!! Most medium size trucks have a big ole sticker somewhere that says to only jump with 12 volts. Most have the 2 batteries wired in parallel thus keeping the voltage 12 volts but the ah capacity doubles.
