I just bought some used red samco hoses (good price, not complaining at all), and some of them (2 radiator hoses) seem to have what looks like white bumps all over them, perhaps from heat? Is there anything I can do to restore these to new(-ish) condition? I tired the standard soap and water, but it seems like it's part of the silicone now. I can't even get them off with my fingernails.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what (if anything) can be done about it. |
