The left armrest on the door card is in the perfect place, the one that's on my console is in no mans land...

Nice on the telescopic .. that's funny, I hate the door armrest. Its so low that I get fidgety when I use it lol. And I agree fully extended arms reach the top of the wheel. I like 10 and 2 and I like them at shoulder height. When I'm tired its just 7.. I know, not safe

I don't have an armrest and I sometimes drive at 10 and 4.

Edit: Today there was a thunderstorm. It started to hail while I was at McDonalds. I run outside and drove my car to the bank so I can stay out of the hail. No damage.
After I got home:

Before McDonalds. After McDonalds.

I used to mistaken first gen imprezas for corollas/ camrys for a while. They look similar at a glance.

The other day I was asked what kind of car I had, I said an impreza. The guy replied 'o a wrx?'
Then I said, no a regular non turbo. It's a 2.5i
Him: o they still make those? I thought they were just for the old ones. I thought they all had turbos now.
I just stood there like an idiot, I couldn't even think of a response

Yup, I got that from a guy at work

"What is that .. a Kia?" Looked confused when I told him Subaru ... which is to be expected as they're not exactly the most common car in KY.

I walked up to a guy looking into the passenger window of my car.

Guy: My man, what year is that?

Me: 2011.

Guy: Is that a Subaru?

Me: Yeah.

Guy: Who makes that, Nissan?

During the summer is when I got my NA impreza. This guy I worked with shows up with a brand new 2011 WRX same color as mine. And almost everyday I get asked to race by him and another guy (who has a EVO) never wasted my time lol. Those jerks :/

Doesn't make it any less dangerous, you might hit one of the other 3 residents in the state while your texting
