Gauging interest- I need a roommate

The place I live in currently has a couple rooms available. If you would like to see the house at anytime please let me know and I can show you around. Please pass this onto others as well thank you!

House I will be moving into and need a couple roommates:

5616 Cherilee
Haltom City, TX

I will have pictures soon. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1 car garage. Approx: 1400 Sq. Feet. Two of the rooms will be available for rent. House will include washer, dryer, fridge, stove, and dishwasher.

Rent is $450/Month and Utilities are split between tenants

Pictures are from just redoing the place and moving in so there is more furniture and living room has accent walls.

My dogs are close to ball height so that could be a problem but hey probably better then my roommates now

my fiancee says i cant live with another car person. jeep or subaru, cause it'd be bad for my wallet. lol

That's a good deal. I also have an extra room in my place since the ex moved out but I've been enjoying living alone so much I dont want a roomate yet lol.

Can I check it out? I mean if you are at west side of Camp Bowie and 820, you are closer to my shop in Granbury/Cresson than my current country living arrangement west of Tolar. It'd be fairly temporary if anything though, maybe a year at the most.

Actually I had two when I created this thread the west 820 reply was for the new one. It's in DFW at 377 and 820 north.

Yeah that's actually a nicer location than I currently live in and I have a few months to find something better. Would definitely be willing to drive up and check it out whenever is convenient (after 5 PM weekdays for me).

I would since I really need to get a place but my time and money are going to my car cost and when that's done, I would kill myself in the 820 traffic since I work at 820 and Lancaster. 25 minutes from Haltom to 10 miles south is torture

That drive from my place is cake. Just a bit of traffic but not bad.
