Angry Burlington Subaru in Burlington, VT

I've heard so many bad stories about this dealership. I just wanted to see if anyone else has had a bad experience with them.

Dan Bailey is a tech there. His job before this was as tech for Subaru Rally Team USA for Pastrana

They don't come any more "straight shooter" than Dan. If you deal with Burlington Subaru as far as having work done, ask for Dan

I have a friend in the parts department there. I'll share this with her and see what she says. I haven't heard any bad stories about them

I've only had one experience with them. one of my front wheels had a squeaking noise when I was going slow. they diagnosed it as the front brakes and replaced them for a little over $550. about a year later the squeak is back, not as bad and not nearly as often, but i do hear it once in awhile.

+1 on Joey Kale. I've never heard anything bad about Burlington Subaru. I've never dealt with them either. I've only been to the parts dept. They're alright, but in my experience, ST.J subaru is better for parts & part knowledge.

I just realized that buying parts "wholesale" price is more than suggested retail pricing even with the 25% "discount". Just a heads up to my fellow Nasioc members in this area.

I have bought parts from Burlington Subaru. I've only dealt with one guy there, I do not know his name but he is alright on the knowledge side but very polite. Struck up a conversation the 1st time and now get 20% off.

St. Johnsbury Subaru, I hate everyone. I live 10 minutes from the dealership also.

I've dealt with everyone in the parts department. I also know one of the mechanics, and one of the salesmen. I have zero complaints, everyone is friendly.

What are you looking to have done, or buy?

I had some warranty work done there back in December. Replaced lower control arms. Made the appointment on Thursday and had the work done the next day. One of the parts guys gave me a FREE drivers floor mat. Great service and parts dept. employees.
