Well things turned out better than expected!

Minus the 27 days waiting and fighting with a insurance company, bank, and dealership.

Ended up getting a 2010 WRX Premium Wagon with 21700K from Kendall for 25.5K plus taxes. Not to bad a deal, help me feel better about the whole ordeal? Haha

Congrats!

First order of business: Purchase winter tires! Blizzaks, X-Ice for studless, or Nokian hakkas, hankooks, or generals for studs.

Second order of business : See above!

Seriously, break up is the worst part of winter. Once you have dawned on these new tires go out to this little meets or better yet go ice racing and have someone teach you winter driving tips. Push your car in a safe area and see how long it takes to stop when you stand on the brakes.
Going up the Muldoon off ramp, I know when I can push 45-50 and i know when I need to back down to 20-30. Most of the time i can enter the corner without using brakes and rely on the engine to keep me at the speed I want. I haven't seen anyone keep up behind me, rather almost go into the guardrail trying to match my speeds.
