I'd like to give a big thumbs up for doing business with Import Image.

Recently I've been purchasing parts for my upcoming 6-speed swap and have been doing a few upgrades as well. So far Josh has come through with all parts I've been looking for, in a timely and professional manor. Since there more than a few parts and more than a few $$$, I figured I'd call to see about the "package pricing", and I have to say he came through each time, making a costly process a just a little easier.

Something I'd especially like to highlight is this. There was a misunderstanding in the clutch I was purchasing--he priced and sent me one for the WRX, when what I needed was the STi version. Even though there was a $100 difference (STi was more), he immediately sent me a call tag and had the correct one dropped shipped at the same price. Now he could've hassled me about the return shipping but didn't, and rightfully could've charged the price difference but didn't.

Josh has earned my business and will always be my first and last call when upgrading my Suby.

Just wanted to say thanks to josh and the crew at IIR. From hooking me up with a nice set of rota's, to an amazing deal on headers, I'm glad to have them in my back yard. And josh next time I come in, which is prolly soon for that EWG set up, I want you to take me for a ride in that GTR! I've spent some bucks with you guys, and I ain't done yet! Prepping for my EJ207, I have shopped with Importimage TWICE within the last month. First purchase was for a Gates Timing belt kit, the second time for a new Koyo radiator and Samco hoses. You can't beat the prices. Thanks again and will definitely purchase from you again.

I wish there was a better way for me to show my gratitude for all Josh as done for me. It would take a long post from me writing about every one of the favors he's done for me.

I can say this about Josh, Out of all the resellers I've dealt with not one of them has stood behind what they sell like Josh. He went way out of this way and I know for a fact it came out of his own pocket so I would be taken care of.

I just wish I could do more in the way of doing something for him for all the times he saved my bacon. Josh is the Man !

Ordered ISC N1 coil overs and I couldn't be happier. The Ride, the feel, the adjustability, the fitment is great. Josh from Import image was more then helpful. Responded promptly to all my PM's, even at 10pm. Shipping was fast and FREE. Overall very satisfied and will order more parts in the future. Thanks Josh.

Gotta say I'm disappointed.

Last week on 3/28 I ordered an oil line, and grimmspeed heat shield (didn't need had my eye on one for a bit though. Saw in the menu there was an option for coating with no mention of a timeframe or stock difference from the normal model. The oil line was necessary since the hard line had started seeping that day.

The following night sent over an aim message apologizing for my impatience and looking to verify stock and get an idea of eta to ship. Was told that the line would ship separate and the heat shield is something they coat themselves, but one from stock would be coated and sent in a few days. The oil line would go out separate and tracking would be provided the next day during operating hours (3/30). That sounded great.

Today 4/6 after receiving no further notification, communication, packages check in on aim again.

dropped off the heat shield along with many other products at 430 pm yesterday

me: Ok, but when i checked last thursday night to make sure stock was avaliable I was told the oil line was going out seperate and I'd have tracking last friday during business hours. Been checking all week for a package, what was borrowing a vehicle for a few days is becoming a bit extended.

iir: correct lines here, same on the shields
just not the red coating
we tried to have grimmspeed coat it
but they wouldnt do red
so they had to ship one here so we could have it coated fo ryou

I've spent some time in e-commerce handling customer service. I'm familiar with backorders, drop shipping, acquiring supplier ship notifications, etc, etc, etc, and have dealt with a fair share of raving ******* impatient customers many of which were screaming.

The fact that the order just went out despite what I was told last week sucks, but it isn't the end of the world, I'm entirely aware of how orders slip through the cracks when it comes to customer contact. A sorry would have been great.

However ignoring the inquiry of the customer and essentially hanging up on them is 100% unacceptable. If that is how business is handled it absolutely will be my last order from your company.

I just wanted to give a big thumbs up to Josh at IIR. There was a slight mix-up with my order and a small part was left out of the shipment to me. Josh rectified the situation and even gave me a gift card for the price of the part (which ultimately made the part free). Also, Josh was very fast in responding to my PMs and worked quickly to fix the mix-up.

Tend to do most order's through iir. My weird work schedule makes it hard to make orders usually except with Josh who took more then one order from me at 11pm his time. My only complaint is my old iir shirt is on Its last leg lol. Thanks again!
