I read a butt ton about the GMS exhaust n they are the same design, roughly the same sound, but i hear the welds on the JNA are soooooo much better. I have also heard that the GMS ones have gotten better, but the track record on the JNA's is nearly perfect.

Before I went completely cat-less stage 2 the JNA was almost too quiet. Now its definitely much louder, and drones a little on the interstate but barely noticeable. I listen to my stereo comfortably without needing to crank it to tune out the exhaust. If you come over to check out those bumpers before next weeks meet we can do a quick trip. The GMS is the same design. I can't speak for the welds, but welds are fixable if you keep it for more than 4-5 years and they deteriorate.

Heat gun and a bat, finished the roll with a big rubber mallet. Super easy, I can't believe people pay to have that done.

Thanks. I asked because the last car I did mine on, I used a heat gun and a big metal pipe! Lol.

Yeah I used a wooden bat, I prefer that since it is less likely to mess up the paint versus something metal. I am pleased with the end result.

Thank you. The good and bad is I am a perfectionist. Maybe I can charge people to do it. It took less than an hour for both sides.

i'm planning to run the Direzza Star Spec for summer (AX) and run DWS on my stock 16" wheels for winter.

i have an extra car. if it rains hard in the summer, i'll drive something else.

does your critique still apply? explain

The DW grip much better than star specs, even when it didn't rain hard here the star specs were scary in the wet. I ran the star specs all year for autocross and they warm up quick but just weren't as good as everyone made them out to be.
I have never had a problem with conti's. Last month I tried an event with the DW and they were hard to find the limit even with the cold ground temp.

Just my opinion. The DW are cheaper too.

Hemm... I LOVE my star specs on my is300 during auto cross and daily cornering around turns... I use them on my STi too. Again, I really like them. Not a single complaint by me. However the BFGoodrich KDW2's I've had and they BLOW!!!!
