noobie question...
Hey everybody, just a quick question
Ive owned my 03 wrx for about 2 months now, and i finally put the throttle to the floor yesterday, and when i get up to about 4000 rpm's in 3rd gear i noticed that my boost would spike from 8psi to 12 psi, then back down to around 10 psi, then jump up again to 14 psi, then back down, so on and so forth. my AFR's are reading fine, so i know im getting enough intake, and theres no smoke or lag , i spool very quickly and fastly in 1st and 2nd gear, just a very wierd spike in 3rd, and 4th gear. im wondering if my turbo is going out, or if this is a simple vaccuum line issue? currently running an OTS stage 2 tune on my AP. If theres any more needed information let me know thanks! |
