Question 02 WRX Auto - Really worth a tune?

Basically bought this car and have had it a good 5 months now. The previous owner is actually on this forum and it has a cobb stage 2 tune on it. But we all know they run safely so MPG sucks hardcore. A full tank all highway I'll get like 27mpg but if I'm just local cruising for half the tank or so I'll be lucky to even hit 15mpg, its more like 13mpg. Idle is so rich

I'm just deciding if I should go to a local reputable shop (agile) and spend the $500 to get it properly tuned or just take the cobb tune off of it. I'm not looking to have them do an aggressive tune just something more on the conservative side. I know I read somewhere on here though that even a conservative protune can make a decent difference.

Mod wise besides the cobb accessport, it has a turbo XS catted turbo back exhaust and a Catless TXS uppipe. Not really planning on ever doing anything else performance wise to the car, as it's an auto.

Thanks for the input!
