Newly Aquired 08 STI with a possible ECUTek lock (SOLVED)

Hello Everyone...

I just purchased a 08 STI recently and I have th tactrix OP2.0 cable and was trying to read the ecu but was unsuccessful in many different ways..

so all is pointing is that my ECU is locked.. by either ECUTek or Cobb.. My question is ... Can a ECUTek tuner see if it is locked by ECUTek and can they remove the lock ???

Solution solved.... I took my friends Cobb AP and married it to my car then un-married it and that removed the lock from ecutek...
