2011 WRX ?Transmission Noises? Need some HELP.

I have a 2011 Impreza WRX, and yesterday after starting to drive back home from the snow my transmission began to make loud noises when I engage into gear. Only when the rpms are low and when I slowly let off the clutch, the car sometimes begins to move and if careful with a light foot, the car will drive. I uploaded a video with the car on jackstands and I am desperate for some help.
As you can tell after watching the video, when the clutch is released (car in gear), the transmission makes loud clunking noises, but sometimes with rpms as low as possible it will engage properly.
If anyone can please give me some tips on what I should do I would greatly appreciate it.
(FYI-I have no Warranty)
