I get yelled at every time I grunt while doing glute bridges. I also grunt when watching glute bridges. Come to think about it, thinking about them makes me grunt too.

I've been out for a week with a couple issues (a man cold, lots of work, and a very sore elbow). I'll be jumping back in it again tomorrow.

Any advice on how to heal a sore elbow (sore when fully extended)?

I don't I'll ever hit my Bench or DL PR's again since surgery . I just hope to increase my bench many by 5lbs this week to 90lbs today, lol. My goal is fat loss and gain back some lbm that I lost since being out of the gym for like 8-9 months.
