Its unlike any seat in any car I've ever owned!!!!!! Fwiw I am suspecting its the heated seats... Anyone have any comment? Heated seats squeaking or are yours not heated?
My base model loaner had the same seats as my car only mine are heated and the base's seats were firmer and more supportive and DIDN'T SQUEAK!!

I have the same problem. Had it fixed once but it's back. The guy at the dealership said its the springs in the seat and it would stop with time.

Thwy keep telling me the same thing. In my experience these things only get worse with time. I think SOA's main job is to pacify folks with empty promises till the piddly little worthless warranty is up.

The warranty could be better.. Kia has it right.. Heck even Ford's is better..

I had a Focus I bought used and Ford still fixed quite a few things for free long after tje warranty was gone. The fuel tank and fuel pump. Various mechanical bits. But they were much much more genuine in their attempts to gain customer confidence. SOA are nice and pleasant enough... But you have to really light a fire under their arses to get anything accomplished.
They seem to be setup just like my dealer- understaffed and underinformed.

Hmmmm well that rules out the heated seats as being the culprit.

Yaaaay!!!
I was out driving around doing errands and the squeak started. I stopped what I was doing and went to the dealer. The manager finally came out and heard the sqeak!!!

He said they fired the service mgr I was so unhappy with and thatvthey would be glad to fix it. Finally some positive news for me!
