So I am quite surprised I'm the first 2012 post in this review thread. In any case, I've developed a great relationship with the guys of TiC over the last 2-3 years. Here's what has happened recently:

I started to have an issue with my passenger side Whiteline Com-C tophat, the bearing housing separated from the tophat and so everytime I went over a bump or a dip at good speed, I would hear a loud clunk. I took pictures of the issue, sent them to TiC and they supported me right away. I had Whiteline's newer version at my door within a week from Whiteline with a prepaid shipping label to send back the old tophats. I purchased these tophats along with TiC's awesome Group Buy for their SST coilovers. Then TiC continued to help me by answering my tedious questions via e-mail about uninstalling and installing the tophats.

I've been compiling, since a year ago, my new suspension and drivetrain components. I started planning my install a month ago and then I figure I might as well replace my front wheel bearings. First vendor I thought of contacting was TiC and mind you, they are far from NYC. I inquired about replacing wheel bearings, their advice on when and how, and they answered my e-mails in a timely fashion. I decided to have TiC build me a set of fully assembled knuckles so that I could just swap them out during my install. TiC had a hiccup with parts which worried me a little because of time. You know what they decided to do? Send them to me with 2-day shipping. The knuckles arrived just in time for my install and everything went pretty smoothly.

During this knuckle "build" I also found out that their FCAR bushings crush tubes didn't fit onto the pin of my GC8 aluminum LCAs. I asked Clint (as stated in their FCAR bushing thread) to just include them with the knuckles shipment but he decides to just send them out to me right away so I had "...something to play with." And I sure did! I put together the FCAR bushing/DSS Kit with my GC8 LCAs while I waited for the knuckles to arrive!

I've discovered a few more issues with my car during the install and TiC has continuously answered my bombardment of questions and still currently helping me.

I felt like they have really provided me the support I needed in order to finish my install. Listen, you're not going to get the cheapest prices but you will get the best customer service.

A big shout out to Clint and Tony and their company. Looking forward to continue our relationship.

Figure I will post my review. I ordered front and rear sway bars for my 2011 wrx a few months back. They came and say for a bit as I work in another state. Get home go to install and find out the front is the wrong one.

I called right as they were closing and they fixed the issue and even responded to a few of my emails after hours that same day.

Awesome people to talk to and deal with who fully support you after the sale.

I trailered my car to Tony at Turn in Concepts from NYC. I was driving out west and knew I had to arrange a stop in Fairfield Ohio. Well I was not disappointed. Tony and Clint were fantastic in helping me decide what I really needed suspension wise. My car is now riding on RCE Blacks and Koni inserts. All my bushings have been changed to poly. I already had sway bars installed. The car is perfect now and I have so much more confidence in my handling. They were able to complete all work while I waited and I was actually able to hang in the bay with them and watch. I would recommend these guys for any and all suspension mods. Thank you Turn in Concepts

Yeah if they were close to where I live I would be there all the time. A great bunch of guys. The alignment they gave me really kicks ass too. What under steer? The car is Siiiiiiiiiiiiick!!!!! Where in Texas are you? We're you living in Ohio until recently? There was a guy coming from Canada to have Turn in Concepts work on his car. I would travel from California if I had to. I can't say enough about Turn in Concepts.

we just moved from cincinnati to houston tx about 3 weeks ago. TiC has worked on all four of our cars and i hate to think about how many thousands of dollars i've spent with them over the years...they are first rate and do awesome work. whenever i buy a new car in the future i'll probably just have it shipped up to TiC to get suspension sorted out!

Always glad to use TiC. So far I have purchased the 5mt linkage update and the kartboy front and rear endlinks for my 04 WRX. Install on the endlinks went fairly smooth. 5mt linkage update was difficult but well worth the time to put it in. After about a month of driving on the endlinks I heard a strange noise coming from the trunk. The bushings on the endlinks had dried out and cracked, leaving my rear swaybar effectively disconnected. I was able to order replacement bushings and got some tips on preventing it again over the phone (they don't list the bushings on the website). Greg was very helpful. He even recognized my phone # when I called to leave a message on a Saturday and answered. I will definitely keep them in mind when I order the rest on the chassis bushings.

My positive reviews for Turn In Concepts:

Historically:

I've made a few smaller orders over the years, and have found TiC's order process to be smooth, and it seems they promptly get your order out the door.

I can't count how many internet orders I've made from other companies, automotive and otherwise, where they seem to take my money up front, and then take a 5 day vacation before the parts actually go out the door. To be fair, I know that not all vendors can keep all merchandise in stock at all times.

However, Turn In Concepts seems to have some magic powers and has been one of the quickest vendors I've used of any type.

Recently:

I made two larger orders at the same time, but something went wrong with the second order (payment went through, but no record of the order in my account).

The first order was shipped out on Monday, and I didn't notice the problem with the second order until Monday after business hours. Surprisingly, Clint actually e-mailed me back after I had gone to bed on Monday, and we got everything resolved via e-mail within a few hours on Tuesday.

Despite the delay in the second order, BOTH orders arrived today (Wednesday). This was a nice bonus because the parts from both orders rely on each other, and now I can get them on the car quicker!

Having to straighten out any kind of internet order generally stresses me out, but TiC made it easy.

I have been ordering little things here and there from TIC and I have never had any issues with them. They have an awesome response time. For example I called a shop in my same area code as I needed some links by tomorrow and was on hold for about 8 minutes, during which I emailed TIC and Tony responded to both my emails and I ended up placing the order before the other place took me off hold; the parts are the parts but service is what counts, TIC FTW!

I am extremely lucky, in that I live 5 minutes from their shop. I buy my Motul brake fluid from them about twice a year (they always have plenty on the shelves) and recently picked up a master cylinder brace. I plan on stopping by next week and buying the ball joint removal tool from them. If they have Moog ball joints i'll grab those while i'm there, too!

There's always a group of WRX's there.......must be a fan club!!

Purchased some parts from TIC about a week ago including a trans mount that was on back order. Greg let me know what the situation was and even went ahead and sent me my swaybar in the meantime to tide me over. They have the fastest shipping of any of the companies I've ordered from and its always a pleasure to do business with them. My friend recommended them to me when i first bought my Subaru and I've been buying all my suspension parts from them since. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Thank you guys! We try and make every effort to get parts out quickly. Most of the time it works great, but sometimes we get stuck on something for a little bit due to any number of reasons. In those cases 99.9% of you are patient with us, and we really appreciate that.

Purchased a whole bunch of suspension parts for my car from TiC and when I found out my springs where broken during install, I called them for help. I don't know how he did it, but Clint managed to get a set of RCE yellows over to FedEx with only 10 minutes before their cut off time left after we got off the phone. Thanks to him I'm getting the springs I want and my car back on the road as soon as MSPT puts them in on Tuesday. You guys rock!

Traffic laws may or may not have been broken to do that. We'll deny any were until our dying day.

I've ordered a few parts from TiC and I have been extremely pleased with the product, and how fast the parts arrive.

Keep up the good work, and the great/comical descriptions of your parts

Bad experience with these guy so far......indirectly.
Here is the story: I ordered the 2003 WRX version of the Holy Shift Kit from Oakos on 7/12/12. What I ordered from Oakos was Kartboy Rront & Rear Bushings, TiC Pivot Bushing & a TiC linkage update. I got a very quick response from Oakos informing me they had everything in stock except the linkage update - but they contacted TiC and TiC told Oakos they would direct ship the linkage update to me and they woudl also ship it the same day - I got the parts Oakos had in stock the next day ! As of 7/17/12 I still don't have the TiC Linkage update. Oakos has informed me that they have been contacting TiC to find out the tracking info to see where the shipment is - but TiC either isn't responding or doesn't have the tracking number. I have been in contact with Oakos every day sinc trying to find out and TiC is telling them they will get the tracking number - guess what ? No tracking number and still no part. I need a resolution on this issue - Thanks !

Sorry about that. We've been out for Tony's wedding so we got backed up a bit. Your linkage update has gone out and Oakos has the tracking number on their invoice.

Big thumbs up for TiC here!

I was re-springing my AST coilovers and installing the entire TiC rear bushing set.

That Friday, one of the lower spring perch cinch bolts snapped. Vorshlag was going to ship me one, but that would have been a Monday arrival (still a very good effort on their part), but I had an Auto-X that Sunday.

I thought I'd call TiC just to see if they had a perch I could pick up. Greg answered my call and he pulled one off of an in-stock set so I could get the job done before that weekend's autocross.

Many kudos to TiC!
