My car is running perfectly. Havent had the K&N on there in months though. I don't really want to chance it.. I'm going to do more research before re-installing it.

Start there and scroll around. There's more information before and after that post. But that's the meat and potatoes of it.

Yeah that BLOX knob looked really cool. It's more a dark chrome IRL. It weighed 1 pound of stainless steel. Matched door handles and parking brake button. Took pic just before installing COBB Delrin knob. Gotta get those uploaded.. also a cool knob.

BLOX knob got COLD in winter and HOT in summer, but it looked great. Delrin is lightweight and very room-temperature all the time.. and lower, and bigger/better shaped.

I feel so disconnected from the suby world when my sister starts asking me questions

What is the most efficient way to go about hooking up an ipod to a factory radio in a 10' 2.5i non premium??

Looking on subarugenuineparts it doesn't seem like any of the ipod integrations work unless you had radio controls on your steering wheel...

Would this work? It says 08'-09'...

'10+ Gets the media hub so you have to get that and the steering wheel controls aren't necessary.

But at $200+ you might as well get an aftermarket stereo.

I assumed that one. If it is no good for non premium then you're probably SOL. Ask your local dealer?

It wouldn't do him any good. '08-'09 have a different stereo than '10-'11.
