So driving around with my ex and her odd ball friends I was asked -

You have a hole in your exhaust? ( exact question no lie )

Mind you these odd balls are use to beaters with the muffler hanging off.

I just said yeah, smh. I wanted to pull over and kick everyone of them that asked out. Wtf would an exhaust be w/o a hole, < lol a hole just had to write again. Feel free to ask any a hole that one.

I'm on # 20, why is your radiator there.

dumbest thing I ever heard.
Even when I was a little boy I knew exhausts needed a "hole"
Of course, common sense. It's a pipe!

She was asking you if you had an exhaust leak. You need anger management.

went to mcdonald's drive thru for a quick bite and guy cashier told me when i rolled down my window, "i ADORE your car"... to which i replied, "yeah, i like it too" --> may not be too funny but i'm really amused at how these subies get these reactions from total strangers...

Uh, they were asking you if your muffler was broken because of the way it sounded; as in a malfunctioning muffler.

Yesterday me and a friend was talking about his brake fluid in his truck. He's went to.mechanic school with me. Anyway I thought it was a bit dark in color. So I told him to look at my brake fluid resovoir. As I opened the hood he looked and told me, "hey thats your condesor" I was like REALLY!!! He looked around and saw the turbo, we both laughed after he kinda figured out it was a TMIC.

So this comment was made about a different Car not my subaru but my 2nd gen rx-7.

Im leaving school and a guy walks up to me (a salesman), and says nice car, I say thanks he then proceeds to yammer on for a minute about trying to sell me some dumb s@!t and then says... How many cylinders Does that thing got. I say two and the look on his face was priceless. He just says o well... Must not be very quick im like must not be, have a nice day, and just left him standing there puzzled.

That had to be the best part about owning that car.

Guy at jiffylube, "what kind of blow off valve do you have on this?"

Me, "it's stock."

Meanwhile he has the hood open.

First off, your car doesn't have a blow off valve. Second, how was he supposed to know it was stock?

Not really. Most people when they hear turbo think Fast and Furious and BOV. They don't know what it does or what it looks like. Plus it's different on every car the location of the BPV.
