We might drive with the RX7 at the Hyperdrive with NASA next week, so we might not make it if changed. But that's ok. I will at least be able to see the Barcelona Vs Madrid.
Well it would be nice if they actually pre-registered...but they haven't...

From our experience last year I would hope everyone who is competing for the season tried to keep their next weekend open as well for rain dates. Wish I could control the weather.

We completely understand about the weather issue. We three (Rx7 Drivers) will be fine with any decision.

I just hope we do not loose potential new drivers Although, as you said, we do not even know if they will show up....

no, spoken like somebody who will otherwise be sitting at home with it raining outside doing a whole lot of "stuff my wife wants done around the house" since the 1 or 2 local autocrosses this weekend are already full.

I'll take mudding around over that anyday.

Nope.

If it's muddy, we don't run.

It's simple physics. In VA/WV clay, when it's wet, the cars don't move.

Accuweather says 1.94 Inches of Rain on the way.

We'll try next weekend.

see you all 28th and 29th. mud = (max speed of 15mph - 10 mph in corners) + 2wd getting stuck + mud in/on/between your car for next year = no fun.

Bummer. If I registered online already do I need to cancel it? Do I need to re-register for next weekend?

Thanks!

If you registered online your registration will be moved to next weekend you do not need to do anything.

If you are not able to make it next weekend you would need to cancel.

You don't need to do anything if you were pre-registered and you are still going to attend next weekend.

Except for the big U turn I never dipped below about 20 MPH at the last event on the runs I posted on youtube.

Bump for this weekend, registration is still open!

It looks like it should dry up nicely at the end of the week.

Lunch for Sunday can now be pre-ordered on the DLB registration site. Buy some BBQ so we can keep this deal going! It's very convienent not to have to leave Summit to get lunch or bring a sandwich that's soggy from sitting in the cooler.

Saturday- you're on your own.

Since I can't make this Sat/Sun, and I have a season subscription, should I cancel my reg for this weekend so it doesn't screw up your numbers the day of?

Yes, you can as I had to do it for Sunday. Log into DLB, go into "My Races" and cancel out of the individual event(s) that you cannot attend.
