Will '04 Forester seats bolt into my '92 loyale?

Sorry not finding any previous posts on this seat swap combination -

I'd like to put '04 forester seats in my '92 loyale. Will they bolt right in? Minor mods required? Thanks

They are NOT a direct bolt in. You will need to fab up some kind of adapter plate to make them bolt in. (something along the lines of bolt the stock rails to the floor, the plate to the rails and the other side of the plate to the seat)

Took me about 6 hours to make a set of '05 STi seats fit into my '87 RX. I unbolted the STi rails and welded tabs onto the stock EA82 rails, and they bolted in. I had the seat in and out about 2 dozen times to get them to work.

Not minor by any means
