A nice weighted shift knob... (surprising, I know), but personally, I felt it was very nice in general everyday driving and going through the gears.

While I don't have any personal experience with them, I've heard great things about the brake cylinder braces from any vendor (Grimmspeed, TiC etc.) That's one of the next things on my list for ~$100
