DRT makes great stuff from skid plates to their flaps to their harness bars. Plus its great to support an up and coming small business!

i went with a set of flapatax, they arent the glossy polyurethane. they are a sturdy urethane make. mounting was easy enough once i understood how to get the fender liner away from the sideskirt (it tucks into a little niche) without knocking the clip out. the rears went on within a minute. literally; didnt need to unmount the tires.

I personally like the more rounded look of the RA's. Both are cool though.

My RA UR have been on for 2+ years, no ripping, fading, or other problems.

I give credit to the people who want to DIY this stuff, but I don't mind paying $100 for something nice to go on my $24k car. It's well worth it to me for the protection when I'm driving out to trail heads. Definitely wouldn't consider it a stupid decision.

I like DRT. One thing that I notice that when you drive drt dont move as much as rally flaps

Looking to pick up some flaps for my 08' hatch. So the consensus is that the hardware on the DRT's is better? Is the hardware metal on both the RA's and DRT's?

After reading a bunch of different threads on a variety of forums, I'm definately getting the DRT's. I personally prefer the squared off corners of the DRT's over the RA's.

I have no complaints about the RA's though, I had them on my 06 WRX and never had an issue with them.

Looks like the online price is about $139 for an 11 STi fitment. Anyone know of free shipping? Prefer out of Cali to avoid sales tax too. (yes, I'm a cheap bastard)

i'm from cali and ordered from http://www.importimageracing.com/ free shipping and its fast! DRT FTW. Plus they have great customer service at DRT i emailed importimage when i was missing some installation bits, and i got a email from drt right away...they even over nighted me the parts (cost them 18 dollars to send me some screws/washers)

Bump.

I would love to see some more photos of the DRT flaps.

GR Specific. There are some great shots above but a few more can't hurt and maybe some more detailed view of the brackets.

I went with the DRT components. Brackets & hardware were top quality.
The DRT's are fairly larger (wider/taller) and thicker then the Rally Armors. They have a more genuine Rally look with squared corners wider coverage towards the inside tire and no colored logo/text.

My RA URs look almost brand new after two years, and i personally prefer the aesthetic of the colored logo and rounded edges to that of the DRTs. No one will ever win this argument...they're slightly different products at nearly the same price, it's all about what look you prefer.

The DRT logos are etched in right? Maybe some 1500 grit lightly across them could take off that sheen.
