Puttin in work on that suby! Keep it up. If you haven't done it already, I'd recommend a kartboy short throw shifter kit- so much less slop

Forgot to mention.. installed Optima Yellow Top battery... and ordered XM module for my 3300BT head unit yesterday. I got it at Crutchfield for $20 after $50 rebate and using 1145 points for $29 off purchase.

Yup thought hard about Kartboy. Maybe it's just how my particular car is, but it seems to shift great. That COBB shift knob actually lowered it quite a bit.. Maybe the throw doesn't bother me because I have long arms compared to my height? LOL, seriously though it feels perfect. weird huh?
EDIT
Pics of car coming.. it definitely looks ''tougher'' with the Rally Armor UR mudflaps and the WT wind deflectors help too.. kind of disguise how bad it needs tint that's illegal here in communist NY as well as aftermarket exhaust of any kind, also illegal.

^ that was a hugeeee list! Congrats!

I have had that same headunit for almost a year now and you will love it! Never had a problem with it, simple to use and looks pretty good. Check out the jdm stereo surround..it will remove the extra black frame (not sure what its called) around the headunit.

Let me know how you like the RalliTEK sway bars when you get them installed. I went the cheaper route and just bought an STI rsb with RalliTEK endlinks. I'll be installing them in a week or two.

Nice list of goodies BWX.
Apparently one of the nuts on my Rallitek HD Endlink fell off so I'm currently running my RSB only attached to one endlink lol.

Whiteline 22mm adjustable rear sway bar install was a breeze,
the difference is night and day!!! the car is level in the turns and feels like its on a set of tracks, I knew it would be an improvement, but I would have never guessed this much! I urge any 2.5i owners to go get a rear sway bar immediately

p.s. I'm vinyl wrapping my roof tomorrow, pics will be up after
thats if anybody is interested

They are supposed to be some super locknut that uses metal instead of nylon to stay on there. Not sure I want to use them now.

Now I'm sure I don't want to use them. I can't believe they aren't stainless steal!

Hey everyone, i have a 2007 2.5i and am having some exhaust issues. Basically i had a stock system with some type of flowmaster muffler that gave the car a nice low "purr" sound, not quite the famous subi purr but close to it. The stock pipe rusted out and i had it replaced, the resonator was removed and nothing but straight pipe went from the stock cat to the muffler. The new pipe sounded amazing for about the first week, now its starting to sound very ricey and damaged. There are no leaks anywhere, could it be transmission related? any help would be much appreciated
