Default broken down Subaru. need to part out or sell. How can i get the most money?

My subaru outbacks engine locked up and i dont want to trow the money in it for a new engine. Everything else is pretty good. Any advice on parting her out or selling for the most money?

Its a 2.5 L, 2001 Subaru legacy Outback. Everything except the engine is in good working condition.

You won't get much parting it out or selling it broken, it's a really common car.

Put a used engine from a junkyard in, then sell it. The swap shouldn't cost you more than $1500 and you can sell the car for $4k instead of $800.
