Default Reliable Garages near Arlington?

This weekend or next I am going out and getting a Cat Back for my 2.5i, I'm just wondering if any of y'all know some good garages that could do the work for a reasonable price and what not.

Thanks in advance.

If it's a catback, you can install it yourself w/ Rhino ramps and some basic hand tools

If you take it to a shop, they shouldn't charge more than an hour, and anyone should be able to do it unless there is some wicked rust up there or something.

I'm with ButtDyno. Catback is definitely a project you can do yourself with some friends, basic tools and beer. Otherwise there's nothing special about putting in a cat back. Go anywhere.

1. Buy new spring bolts. You will break yours. Walker part number 35412.

2. Are you sure it's going to fit? If it's bolt on, it's bolt on, but the turbo car catback exhausts don't just bolt on.

3. You really want to put an exhaust on a 2.5i? You will gain about as much horsepower as 2. Maybe 3. The difference is so, so minor.

I'm not doing it myself for a variety of reasons, the main being that I tend to screw mechanical items up horribly when I try any sort of modeification.

As for why; I'm not making a racecar, or rally car. I just want the pea shooter to be gone and a decent boxer rumble when I start the vehicle.

You'll be happy to know the 07 2.5i comes with an equal length header from the factory then. Sorry, no rumble.

We'd be happy to put that on. In case it needs some customizing (like if you're trying to put an exhaust meant for a turbo car on your non-turbo), we can handle that.

I am quite unhappy to hear that, how would one go about installing an unequal length header/what price range might it be in. I don't have much to spend at the moment sadly.

Trust me... Many, many more dollars than it's worth. The details are on RS25.com, if I remember right. You could also try to find unoriginal's old threads on here and see how much BS he had to go through.

PS: Try just looking for an axle back. I'm 90% sure you can find bolt on ready ones, but again you won't have that boxer rumble so I don't know if you even want to actually do that.
