Default Advice? Rear Wheel Bearing Replacement

Today is the day i put an end to this whirling noise coming from the rear left wheel bearing. however, im a little nervous ive replaced a bearing in my civic and im hoping replacing it in my 02 RS will be just as easy. im going to get the bearing today, and have it pressed at a shop my friend works at, the bearing will be like $60 and the labor from my friends shop will be $0-$50 tops. my question is it as easy as taking out the axle nut, removing the spindle, getting the bearing pressed and putting the spindle back, because thats pretty much a general summary for the civic. thanks for your time and responses. Wish me luck!!!!

Put into words, yes, thats all there is to it. Actually doing that, is a whole 'nother story. Particularly, the 10" bolt that connects the 2 lateral links to the knuckle, likes to fuse itself to the bushing.

Have to press out the old bearing then change the new one... It's hard to find people who use hydraulic press nowadays

Unhappy Need help

Front driver side makes a sound(only at low speed 5-10mph). Sounds like tire rubbing.. But I looked and it isn't rubbing on anything. Its like rub rub rub rub. I don't have a clue what it is. Not a squeak sound. Maybe someone has an idea

Wheel bearing and hub is shot. That's what my car did when my bearing went.

I put 2000 miles on my car with a bad bearing, 600 of which were pulling a trailer. It's not recommended, it'll eat your tires.
