Default 2nd gear slowdown, jerky loose drivetrain

I've done plenty of searching on noisy and strange 2nd gear issues. I couldn't exactly find an answer to mine.

I have a 2011 WRX Limited. Group N Tranny mount, positive shift kit, KB Pitch, shifter bushings and rear diff bushings. I'm making about 280whp. For the most everything feels tight and solid, never launched the car, and I'm pretty conservative with power ,but here's the issue.

When I'm in 2nd gear cruising or engine breaking, the drivetrain is noisy. I know there's much more NVH with my setup, and I do hear that 2nd gear is notoriously loud, just wanted to be sure every things all good.
Thanks,

I've recently read about drivetrain lash, not sure if this is what it is or not. I want to be sure nothing in the drivetrain is damaged due to how stiff the new bushings are. I didn't replace the engine mounts and have read they may go when replacing most of the driveline bushings.

Its normal I have it to I'm thinking of putting a torque solutions driveshaft hangar bearing or go with a one piece drive shaft which will get rid of that all together. Also Cobb had mentioned something about the knock sensor sensing false knock which pulls timing causing the jerkiness at cruising speed or idle speed

How many miles on the transmission fluid? When I changed the fluid a lot of the noise and stuff went away.

Yeah not my fluid (although I'm a little obsessive and change more often than I should with Extra S).

There's not much slop in the drivetrain, just a bit like I'm pumping the brakes at low rpms in 2nd gear and sometimes 3rd when de-accelerating slowly. I just want to be sure I won't be surprised by anything.

Thanks,

Ya its nothing to worry about but is annoying I get in any gear while idling along. I just make sure when in the city I have in sport or intelligent mode helps reduce the jerkiness cuz in sport sharp with the quick throttle response exaggerates it lol

Lol same $hit different pile. Plus when your 5 speed craps out u probably like the rest go with a 6 spd sti trans in which the jerkiness will be worse

Overall the WRX feels pretty solid and it's probably just my OCD. I've already been planning for a stronger drivetrain eventually. I'm looking at some PPGs. This will eventually turn from a DD into a full project car anyways.
