Now I'm sure I don't want to use them. I can't believe they aren't stainless steal!
I emailed Rallitek and they told me the nut is a very common 10x1.25 thread pitch and size and can be found at any hardware store. Just pick up some extras and some loctite!

About 5 years ago my wife had a 95 200SX SE-R. Was a fun little car.. anyways, we went to replace from the exhaust manifold back at some hole in the wall mufler shop. I realized a while later he used a kit or made a system without a resonator. It sounded cool around town, but 70mph on the highway got old really fast. Maybe it's the droning that you hear?

Cool, then 22mm front, 19mm rear with all the upgraded endlinks and urethane bushings should make a big difference.

I thought our pipes were stainless? At least that's what the dealer and muffler shop told me. So how could it rust out that quick.

scroll down and you will see someone who has black overlay on wrb, looks sharp, not quite the same contrast as black on white, but still looks good.

Looks good! Did you do it yourself? If not, how much did you pay to do the vinyl?

I don't think they're stainless.

In 2009 when I bought mine brand new, I noticed around town a few '08's that had rusty mufflers and pipes already. Obviously they were people who never wash their cars, which in NY's salt covered roads is a death sentence for your car. Under-body blast required weekly at least.

Mine still look fairly new, but I wash it constantly, especially in winter.

Had a buddy come over and help me, after everything was prepped/ removed it only took an hour or so. we removed the spoiler, roof gutters and antenna so there are no visible/exposed edges. already got a bunch of compliments driving about with in a day of having it done! i couldn't be happier with it!

That looks clean dude. I like how it flows into the more aggressive spoiler.

Thats the beauty of it, its just vinyl, like you I don't know if in 2,3,5 years from now if I will still want it, or worn badly. but its nothing at all to just pull it off and be back to stock. just the cost of $40 in vinyl, which is way worth it!
