As someone who has had work done at the shop multiple times... I'm a bit worried to hear about swapped and incorrectly installed parts. Especially when I brought parts and asked them to install them.

I hope Jimmy does the right thing by you man. Good luck.

Update. I have spoken with Jimmy (owner) of the ShopCT and he extends his humblest apologies and we will discuss the matter further on our own if need be.

^this is how a business owner should respond to a problem such as my own.

I would also like to bring to the attention of the board that the aggressor in this thread with the screen name John@theShopCT (John Visconti) is no longer employed there. For what ever reason it might be that he is not I'm sure Jimmy would be happy to explain to people if they asked.

I think harm has been done, I don't trust a shop who hires someone like "John" and lets him create havoc for this long.

This is true I am no longer at the shop.

The shop will continue to operate in the fashion that it always has - if that's good or bad well it's really up to you to decide.

Still doesn't change any of the facts or feelings of this thread.
