Okay, so here is the break down. Maybe someone out there can help save me some money:

2011 STI
Assessed Value = $27,980
Total Gross Tax = $951.31
City License Fee = $23.00
60% Tax Relief Credit = $408.00
Total Owed = 566.31

2010 Subaru Outback Limited
Assessed Value = $20,630
Total Gross Tax = $701.41
City License Fee = $23.00
60% Tax Relief Credit = $408.00
Total Owed = 316.41

1987 F-250
Assessed Value = $900
Total Gross Tax = $30.60
City License Fee = $28.00
60% Tax Relief Credit = $0
Total Owed = 58.60

City of Norfolk
2011 STI and 2010 Outback total = $100.32

This brings the grand total to $1041.64

Chesapeake isn't even charging for the full year. They are only charging from 2/15/2012 to 12/31/2012 While Norfolk is only charging 1 month from January 1, 2012 to January 31, 2012. I guess they figured that they would "give" me 15 days. lol

Seriously, WTF.... Any input?
