We also need a front office mngr. Things are changing and so are the employees. Who wants to work at the home of the "first" Mitsu sold in the states, and the first Mitsu dealer in the NW.

^My advice: Check WorkSource and Craigslist. Apply for anything relevant or interesting, and generally disregard the minimum work experience. I sent my resume to more places than I could keep track of, but have a good job offer on the table and I'm still a month away from graduation. Good luck!

My dad is looking for a tech for 3D printers. Need to know CAD and can do some simple servicing, replacing mechanical/electrical parts. All plug and play type stuff. This would be for the Portland area, with some possible travel around the NW.
The office is in John's Landing in Portland. PM if interested. |

Hi,
I thought that I would put my name out here. I am graduating with an AAS in Mechanical Engineering in June. I have a broad mechanical background in automotive and aircraft maintenance. I have 11 years of welding, 6 of Aluminum/Stainless TIG. Also AutoCAD and Inventor. I am looking for employment in ME/ Mechanical Drafting and would like to stay in the Bellingham area if possible. I recently took a tour of Blue Sea/ Terra Power Systems and noticed three modified Subarus in the parking lot. Here's where you come in, if any of you working there read this please reply or PM me. I have already submitted everything they have asked for. I just thought it may give me a leg up in the competition? Now it's the waiting game. Thanks for looking out! |

Anyone know of any part time (or full time) jobs out there that are available? Boeing (or my Manager, either or) and their minimal OT (no more than 10hr days IF I get that and no weekends last I heard) isn't going to cut it and eventually (sooner than later) it's going to lead me to Bankruptcy.
Pay doesn't have to be the greatest ever, just need extra income so I can at least guarantee making ends meet at the end of every month and needs to be able to work around my Boeing schedule (3pm-11:30pm). I'm ex-Navy with just under 7yrs of experience if that helps plus another 1.5yrs working for Boeing on the 787 program. |

Must have pre-sales experience working for a manufacturer or reseller (VAR). Pay range $150-190k OTE, with possible relocation money. If you refer me a candidate that gets hired, I'll pay you $1k as a finders fee. |

Getting out of the navy here really soon. I am headed back to Eugene.
It has been a few years since I have been home. I was wondering if anyone had any leads on automotive work anywhere around the area. I graduated from UTI in 2005 and have worked at a few different shops, firestone, walmart tire and lube, before serving our country. Recently I have been working on $20 million helicopters. Any other type of job is fine as well. I am a hard worker and very punctual. I can send a resume if needed. I am not quite sure when we will be back in town but it is looking like the end of the month or beginning of September. Pm any and all details, I appreciate any leads anyone has. I can't wait to get back to the beautiful north west. Thanks, Jeremy B. |

If you don't find anything down there, apply at boeing. With your experience you should have no problem finding a job. |

You need a few aviation licenses and I am tired of working on aircraft right now.
Right now I would be willing to take about anything. At least get my feet wet until I find something else later. . |

No aviation licenses required.
I understand about not working on aircraft, they're hiring bucket loads of people at the moment so just spreading the word. Nice pay and great benefits is hard to turn down tho. ![]() |

Hmm ok. I thought you needed those licenses, can't think of the names of them right now. Where is Boeing located? Do you work there? If you do, how is the working environment?

Boeing has several facilities in the WA area. The biggest is Everett, wa which houses the 747, 777, 787 and 767 programs. Renton, wa houses the 737. Auburn, wa and Fredrickson, wa are fabrication plants, although some assembly work is done there as well.
In the 4 years I have worked with Boeing I have been on 787, 777 and 737 in several different shops with quite a few different job codes. (positions) |
