Well that sucks, sorry for getting everyone's hopes up. Haven't gotten my email yet but I probably will soon. I figured that since they didn't say anything about multiple discounts here: http://www.subarupartswarehouse.com/memorialday.htm
and the fact that it said "an additional 15% off" meant that it was cumulative.

15% is still a decent deal on some of the more expensive things even though shipping prices are a little on the high side. i got the tweeters with shipping at $96ish which was significantly cheaper than anywhere else.

Agreed, I got the tweeters from them too at 15% off. I'm not sure I'll go through with the spoiler purchase though if they don't honor both discounts (I was on the fence to begin with).

If they email me I will cancel. Don't want to support shady business practices.

Default Promo code

Did anyone else get the promo code rejection message from Subaru parts warehouse or was it just me?

05/31/12 12:59 PM - It appears that you have entered multiple discount codes on the second order. Only one can be used per order. (Please refer to terms of use accept by placing the order http://subarupartswarehouse.com/parts/?86a) We would certainly honor the higher of the two but in this case they are both the same. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with correct amount of $510.74 or cancel order. Thank you."

How soon after your order did you get that email? They haven't notified me that they weren't honoring it.

Son of a B! I don't think I'm gonna go through with the order if they don't honor the two together. Not now at least. Sucks for my friend who needs cheap-o wiper arm parts & doesn't wanna pay $20 in shipping.

Go to order status on the website. You might not get an email but you will get a message note on the bottom. If you dont then you prolly got lucky and slipped by.

I was cleaning my glass yesterday with Rain-X Glass cleaner(Safe on tint) and it made it even worse. Drove to work this morning and all I saw was smudge streaks all over my windshield.

Anyone have a better solution on glass cleaners that won't leave streak/smudge after wiping?
The only thing I've found that doesn't streak is ordinary (softened) tap water. Or clean the glass with a cleaner and then finish off with tap water to remove the streaks. I usually use an old cotton cloth that has most of the lint washed out of it, but newspaper's good too.

The guy that did my tint (Jay's Tint Shop in Kirkland WA) recommended Sprayway Glass Cleaner, available at Costco; he said that's what he uses in his shop. Haven't tried it yet but I figure he should know what works.

No rejection email yet, but the order hasn't shipped yet either (it took them 2-3 days to ship my tweeters though). When you said you cancelled your previous order was that also from subaru parts warehouse? If so then that might explain why you're the only one to get the rejection so far (still sucks though).

I originally purchased my order from Subaru Parts Warehouse on the 28th. Then seen your post and canceled my order from the 28th and placed another order the day of your post with the exact items with the double coupon code.

Just got an email that the order shipped but with only ONE discount applied. Was getting ready to contact them (they never contacted me to approve the purchase with only one discount) but when I checked their order status page it shows a total charge that includes both discounts, and my credit card shows a pending charge with both discounts.

Ok, I apologize for saying that the ebay foglight film was "crap crap crap". Maybe, MAYBE it was user error. So I purchased a new set from Lamin-x (not pre-cut) and I measured the circumference of the foglight. Bought me a compass and have it at 3inches and 2 all around. For those who put some on, did you remove the fog light housing and over lap it or did you just place them in without having to remove the fog light housing. When I place it over the lense it doesn't seem like its a perfect circle. Any advice would help....

You have to take the fog light housing off. It's super easy. I used a plastic tool for a blackberry although I'm sure a flathead or butter knife would work. Just pry it off a bit softly & the rest will pull off with your hands only. Snaps right back on.
