We are using the Cusco Trailing Arms and Lateral Links along with the Whiteline Toe Arms. This gives us full suspension adjustment in the rear as far as we can go until the axles are maxed out.

91 Octane Vs Stage2

104 vs Stage2

GT104 S# vs 91 S vs 91S#

Conclusion from our Test:
Starting off from where we left off on our 2011 STi sedan.
After finishing product testing on the Tomei Arms M7960 it was time to test out another turbo. We chose to go with the brand new state of the art GTX billet wheel technology from Garrett, and use the ATP GTX3076R Stock location turbo.

The goal for this stage of the build was to really maximize and fully utilize the stock components along with having a very fun and efficient car that was realistic for someone to drive on the street, track or drag. This turbo would be the perfect match for anyone who is trying to get the most out of a stock motor, have quick response, and have one wicked car.

To put everything out on the table, we really feel as though we were maximizing several key components on the car, the motor, and clutch is still 100% stock. The Process West intercooler was getting close to its peak efficiency, the turbo was running at 25Psi, and given the octane of fuel we were getting close to the peak stability point of both fuels that where being used. The amazing thing is just how fast this turbo spools, looking at both race and pump gas you can see that compared to the stock VF48 the increase in lag is quite minimal for the huge gain in performance. Also given the altitude of 4200ft this turbo, compared to sea level it would be able to easily produce over 400WHP at similar conditions do to the increased air density.

The power delivery on the vehicle is very smooth and predictable, given the high efficiency TMIC the lag is kept to a minimal and the throttle is very responsive. The vehicle very easy to drive, quick, fun, and overall a simple build utilizing quality bolt on components from proven manufactures ensuring that everything is running at a safe and optimal level.

Huge thanks to the following manufactures:

Cobb Tuning
Tomei
GrimmSpeed
ProcessWest
Cosworth
TurboSmart

How does the AMR hard pipe line up with the turbo? Nice clean fit? Is there a nipple that is missing on it compared to the stock inlet? If so did you guys just tee together two of the returning lines?

The fitment is tight, but it does fit. Given its a 3" turbo, its about as good as I have seen from others.
As for the PCV system, we are running it through the GS AOS so its a bit different in that department compared to stock.

Sorry for the long wait on the images, with the BNW event last weekend it took us a couple days to get the images.

But must say it does look great, and the install only took a few min.
