-Changed my oil
-Added some Lucas injector/combustion chamber cleaner
-Detailed the interior

Also cut the oil filter open to check it out and see what it has collected and all clean so I'm happy with my 117k mile motor!

Oh you will see come 3k miles when it doesn't even look like you need to change it.

Send it off and get it check if you really wanna know what happening...

I send mine off every 6 month on every vehicle I've owned and anytime I switch oils or change parts/tune

^indeed. the 2x i sent it off to them, they told me both times that based on my engine and how it was running, i could easily run that T6 for 5500 miles before changing it.

i still change around 3-4 even though i did go almost 5 last time because i moved out of state and didn't have a jack & stands. I finally started to see the oil level go down just a wee bit after almost 5k miles, haa it was the first time i had ever seen the dipstick show anything but full

Washed her for the first time since her transplant, now she has no greasy hand marks. I fixed some minor vacuum leaks, did a maf log and sent it off to Phatron.

Tomorrow will be an all day log and load before Ron goes away for a week.

yea 1st time doing a bearing job and assumed tapping out bearing was possible. that would be a bit over 1 hour. instead negotiate with wife and now involve with her errands to use her car to take to place to press.

Also I know its not the best option, but harbor freight has some pretty good shop presses for really good prices.

I bought a 20ton press foe less than 180 a wile back and I couldn't be happier.

there is some very useful information on how to do the bearing yourself in these 2 threads that i found while swapping my hub out. its all about having the right tools!

About 70%. Deff. Have to duck under to get in the trunk. Going to be a little difficult to get tires out on race days but well worth it. Is not that bad
