Thumbs up Adventure Subaru of NWA

I give this dealership the thumbs up for its helping, fantastic people! During and after I bought my car they were very helpful and interested in how it was working out for me, they even sent me a handwritten thank you note! If you live in the Northwest Arkansas area then you should definately check out Adventure Subaru. BTW ask for Johnny. He's the man!

All the salesmen are extremely friendly at that dealer. They are all fairly knowledgable too which is probably because they only sell Subarus. I still ended up buying at a different dealer because Adventure wasn't willing to really work with me on price. I felt kind of bad since I'd visited and test driven several cars there but then I realized that business is business and if they wanted mine they'd have to lower their price.

I do my own maintenance but the few times I've gone in for service have been great. Rocky the service manager at Adventure does a great job.

Thumbs ^ for Rocky. He'll take care of you. They do good work on my car and I've NEVER had any issue with the work. I highly recommend purchasing a Subaru from them. They should be pretty famiular with installing aftermarket parts and getting aggressive alignments from stock parts since I've paid them well to learn!

Riverside Subaru in Little Rock isn't too bad. They do the same things. Very helpful with low pressure, not like your average mitsubishi dealership - They are all a bit stingy on the price...that's how they make money. Just make sure when you're negotiating with the "big man" you utilize the "I think I should leave" phrase at least once.

i just bought adventure subaru's last wrx, and i've spoken with Rocky, the service manager. When i asked hi about mods, the only thing he recommended was the spt catback. he said the spt intake could cause problems, and same with other mods. He spoke about "starting to lose your warrantee."

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with modded subarus with them.

As long as the mod is not causing the problem then they don't seem to care. I have Tein H-Tech springs and they did an alignment for me. They didn't say anything about it.

I took my car in to have them look at it because I kept hearing something underneath the car. I didn't realize I hadn't tightened the lower bolt all the way on my downpipe so the downpipe was rubbing against the lower mount. Rocky had one of the service techs put it on the lift and adjust it for free. I ended up just tipping the service tech.

I had a heavily modded STi. Never had to have any warranty work done to it cause it never broke! But Rocky was always real cool about having work done on my car and it even had a roll bar so there was no mistaking it was modified. Well everything 'cept clutches. They were quite adamant on not installing anything but Subaru, STi, or SPT clutches...

Thumbs up for this dealership and their service department. The new location is opening next Saturday the 23rd off of Porter Rd. I was told by a salesman that their would be Subaru rally cars their as well as other surprises. They had a BRZ in the showroom floor a while back that a sales rep had driven down from Chicago.
