After 5 years of not having an a/c system in my car I reinstalled it. I rubbed a hole in the line on the firewall with a larger top mount intercooler.

I replaced the evaporator, expansion valve, O-rings, compressor, condenser, dryer, AC belt pulley and bracket. All tolled: $700, thats without the evacuation and charge.

Lesson learned, just replace a broken AC hose or hard line of they ever go on you!

EBay rotors, would have preferred DBA but Tribca rotor selection is limited. Had a hell of a time finding rear Tribeca, and front STI rotors that matched.

I installed a front strut brace and an under seat sub I took out of my 'sister' car that we got at the auction. This car business does have its perks sometimes... Btw, if anyone wants an 03 psm wagon with an automatic that has had rear end damage (repaired), pm me. It has 133k $6k.

Installed password jdm bumper quick release. And changed out my rusted flare bolts to nice and chrome button head socket screws. Damn things cost $46!

Took on the simple task of replacing the AC belt this past Friday...

No big deal right? But the idler pulley adjuster broke in the process. A drive across town in rush hour traffic in the minitruck for a $14 part from the dealer.

Went ahead and replaced the idler pulley as well when I threw it all back together.

That happened to earlier this year when I was doing my timing belt, such a weak design.

Just finished helping my friend install lowering springs on his XB. Can't believe we did it in just a couple of hours, so much easier then the springs on my GT.
