Man that looks fun. Do i see a valentine their on the dash?
Also those roads their look like garbage, I thought California was the only place with really bad paved roads Also what type of camera setup is that? Did the program include the g-meter, speed, and throttle/brake response or was that all video editing? lol

That's a V1 for sure! Need to hardwire it in and mount it from the mirror still.

It is actually my iPhone 4s with a suction cup mount and Harry's Lap Timer app. I use it at the track and it works pretty well.

They really are. Luckily with Subaru's, we get to enjoy our obsession with them. I have had cars in the past where that wouldn't be possible.

I took a short drive this morning after dropping my son off at daycare. It was the first time my car has seen anything lower than 95 degree ambient temps in awhile.

Car looks good as always man, you are really tempting me to pull the trigger on changing the color of my brembos. I've been thinking about it for a while but just haven't done it yet.

Luckily, those guys are pretty rare but I get what you mean. I don't even ride motorcycles anymore for a reason.

I never understood people who try and act like public roads are HPDE's. There should be referees in real life like in dodgeball that blow a whistle and call you out when you cross the line.

There's a big difference between driving spiritedly and driving recklessly. If you can't differentiate the two, you can't handle your car.

Car looks really good rsutton. Everything is so tastefully done. Do you predict you'll have any future issues with your clutch/trans/motor putting down the power you are?

100% agree. I also do not understand why someone goes to a curvy road...just to straighten it out. Staying in between the lines and enjoying the curves is what makes spirited driving fun.

I should be fine at this power level. Luckily, I don't have any e85 pumps readily available so I won't be increasing the power anytime soon. That said...I am still building a short block because I want to.

Do you know what paint you're going to use to colormatch the radio surround?
Did you heat wrap the UEL headers?
It's not listed in your mod list, but I saw TopSpeed recommended it...did you upgrade your Turbo Inlet Pipe?
Are you running the stock size or the 3" turbo compressor inlet?
Assuming 8cm housing...?

(Sorry for so many questions.)

It's all good.

I am going back and forth on the radio surround. I have a friend that found the center dash piece paint code...but I am also working with a friend of mine's company on something completely different for that large separator. If it comes out like we think it is going to...it will change the game completely.

The UEL headers are heat wrapped.

Turbo inlet is a black Perrin one. Yes it is recommended for sure.

Standard inlet with 10cm hotside.

Thanks! There are some really big changes coming over the next couple of weeks. I am stoked.

Little change today...

My center caps finally came in.

Could you expand on this a little please? It sounds like you just bought the projectors from them and swapped that part out of your housings vs. shipping your housings to them and having them do it, is that right?

Did you also purchase the harness, wiring, bulbs, etc. from them too?

And at the risk of being too nosy, how much did this set you back and was it worth it? I ask because lighting is a big factor in my next purchase. The HIDs are pushing me to the "Limited" whereas I would probably just buy a "Base" WRX if HIDs were included or an option.
