Recently had my car tuned at EFI Logics in Bethal CT with Open Source Software.
I was curious if I delete my TGV's and need to shut off the codes that come with doing that will I need to take it back to that shop to have the original tuner do it or will I be able to do it myself with my own laptop and software? Any info and input is appreciatted. Thanks

If you have a tactrix cable and ecuflash you can do it yourself.

Yea, if you have the cable theres a section in RomRaider where you can turn off specific codes. I TGV delete for a couple years now, I also force pass readiness monitors to get around emissions... For off-road use only of course.
