MD04WRX owns the rights to this design as he paid for us to create this so you would need to ask him permission and or get any requirements he might have first. Then you can ask about pricing etc via our custom decal thread or pm us.

No no no, theres is much different and much more integrate and its a vinyl print and wrap. we tried to get them to sell to us or send us the artwork they said they cant but that we could make our own version as long as it was different. Trust me ours is well over 50% different its much much less intricate and most of the orange is completely new look closely because it is truly different. Copy rights only apply if your with 15-20% of the original design which we are no were even close on, theres is extremely detailed and different, The puma zombie was just what we used for inspiration. Just the bone structure on there design and the shape of the puma is atleast 10x more complicated and would be impossible to cut into vinyl even if you had the wirefram it can only be printed and wraped.

Also its not Subaru or bucky who owns the rights to the full on rally puma its PUMA as its on three of there rally cars in different colors but again its way more advanced and would cost thousands of dollars if it was available for resell which is it not. Either way this version was paid for by MD04WRX and we gave him the rights and the artwork so you would need his permision before we could do anything or you can always submit a idea for something new.

Although I would say that's copying the design enough for a lawsuit if they felt like it. If it was on another race car or something then they might take action but on a Subaru enthusiast's car, probably not a big deal.

I do like it though. That zombie puma looks so cool!

This is called a forum, and technically, when posting, you are sharing your own ideas and opinions to people. If you don't like it, go make a website called Brew02wrx, and make your self a mod and make sure no one else can make an account there.

If you post it up on Nasioc, you should understand people are going to like your ideas and such and use them. Your understanding of the law is identical to someone who can't do 1+1. There's a difference between sharing ideas and copying other's work.

Since this community is made up of individuals, there's not going to be a lot of serious fighting over intellectual property. But when you rip off a large corporation... Their lawyers are going to care.

In the case of the cat skeleton on the side of the dude's car... It's obviously infringing upon the intellectual property that is the livery for a race car. Is the driver (Bucky Lasek) going to care? Definitely not. Will the owners (SRT) of the vehicle care? Probably not. Will the owners of the image (PUMA) care? They might get their panties in a twist.

Stuff like monetary gain and free advertising doesn't mean anything either. If you duplicate someone else's work without their consent, it's illegal. The crazy part... It's really not that hard to get consent. You just gotta ask.

I work for a company that specializes in copyright enforcement. The bigger companies care more about it than you think.
