Default 2000 2.5RS with 2002 WRX and V8 JDM STi Swap

I am currently driving a project I've been working on for almost a year. I had a 2002 WRX Wagon that was hit and totaled out. The car had a V8 JDM STi motor, ECU, turbo and intercooler. I purchased this RS with a blown motor from Maryland and started the swap.

Basically the we pulled both cars down to the unibody. The RS had a considerable amount of rust, so we swapped nearly everything from the WRX. iWire did the new wiring harness and the car runs.

My question is on suspension. Right now I'm running the WRX everything. If I wanted to use a suspension setup more appropriate to the car's weight, what are my options?

Get some springs and struts that are correct for the RS and you are pretty much there. The RS and the WRX did not weigh that much different. The WRX struts were a little longer and the that probably makes your RS sit a bit taller than stock.

If you want better suspension there are lots of options. Everything from springs and D-spec struts to GC coil over kits to Racecomp and AST coil overs with custom spring rates.
