I'd like to know how you got it to bend around the upper part of your bumper and license plate area ? That looks like you had a part from ones that are sold and put your piece with/under it ?

Can't believe you all. Looks ricey as ****, especially with that coffee can of a muffler.
No offense to OP, but it really does. |

Looks Excellent!
Question, how well is the area around the muffler holding up? Just wondering about the dependability of the plastic board is. |

each fin was supported by 4 cans of paint, 2 on each side of the fin, that's how I got that perfect 90 degree angle between base of the diffuser and each fin, then I applied fiberglass in few spots, after few minut I removed the cans and put more fiberglass along the edge

no problem at all. There's about 1 ich gap between diffuser and exhaust. I had to go to San Francisco today and after hour and a half of driving checked the area around the muffler and eveything was fine!

...and what do you drive? Post pics of your car and show us what you have done to it, then you can judge others. FYI...95% of high performance exhausts have coffee can mufflers. What's your definition of "ricey as ****", explain, because I'm not sure what you are talking about |

That really does look nice for a DIY job. A little more sanding and some bondo, then it could be a real show piece.
