Default 02 wrx is killing me

02 wrx Cobb tbe, 06 sti tmic, grimspeed upipe, 255 walbro, kompact bov 100% recirc, sti pinks, vf48, stage 2 clutch light weight fly wheel, spt short RAM, mishimoto rad and rad hoses, samco ic hoses. More mods but not related to the problem.

Pro tuned but lost faith in tuner

So after I did the vf48 swap pinks, sti tmic and fuel pump and had it tuned. The car starts rough kinda rough idle and in 4th and 5th gear wot it seems like its not getting enough fuel and lulls in and out ( tuner flow tested and cleaned injectors before install ). Talked to tuner said it was clutch slipping replaced clutch same problem but know I am getting misfire codes. Replaced all spark plugs and had timing belt done with clutch. Just got a compression tester and built a boost leakage tester haven't done either yet no time.

Please help me
