05 sti underboosting help?

i have a 05 sti and i been datalogging and wont hit peak boost it peaks at 10psi with stage 2 HWG. any questions or ideas would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

MODS
-Cobb sf intake w/ samco after maf
-Samco turbo inlet
-Turbo Xs fmic/ricr bov
-SPT CBE
-No name DP

~9-10# is WG spring pressure. You either have something wrong with your boost control system or you have a leak.

Check for leaks and proper setup of components in the boost control system. Cobb has an article on their website that explains how the boost control system works.

When did you notice the problem? Just after the install of the FMIC?

There's no leaks and it happend after I flashed it to stage 2 and removed the mbc

You need to check your wastegate lines and make sure the restrictor pill is there (and you are using the correct one). Some more details here:

the WG line is snug on and the restrictor pill is installed on the compressor side. could it be the BCS thats causing the problem? because before i flashed the ecu i was able to hit peak boost and when i flashed it and took off the mbc and hooked up the stock bcs and lines it wouldnt hit peak boost. i also read that you can put the car in test mode and check if the bcs clicks then its fine and i did that and it clicks.

Well, if boost was fine before with the MBC, then it either has to be the routing of the vacuum lines, wrong pill, or bad BCS.
