You are getting old. Just buy the Buick and be done with it.

You have a GD, right? I can assure you.. the longer wheelbase and nice rear suspension on the GH/GR & BRZ is much less annoying to DD, even on stiff springs. Far less of the bounce/pitch from random bumps.

Oh sorry, the ****box = BMW.

I do have a GD too (selling it though I think), 100% agree. The new rear-ends are noticeably nicer.

Where in mid-a are you? Get a ride in the racecomp BRZ on JRZ's and I think you'll be pretty happy. Of course if you don't feel like throwing $3k on coilovers it's still pretty good on just springs.

Can't decide if I want to jump on RCE's springs + bolts + whiteline bushing combo kit. It's not a bad price at $500 for a simple suspension solution.

With FI, it's usually a good idea to remove the noisemaker tube altogether since it's just more volume to pressurize (ie: it causes extra lag), but on a N/A car I don't see the harm in keeping it. Upgrading the piping is hilarious, though. I think I'd save the money for a nice intake that deletes it for weight savings & flow, though.

Or save your money for a car with some balls.

As much as I love a good e30 (and believe me, I do), I'd still rather own a BRZ. You should drive one..

Yes, I agree that there's no fun to be had from a silicone hose.

I'd drive one too, I'm a fan of anything rwd with a proper transmission. I just wouldn't buy one. In fact for the money I would rather have a Focus ST with premium audio.

Apples to Pineapples

I mean... you can consider then both, of course, but each has a unique value proposition and detriments.

I probably wouldn't cross-shop the BRZ with a hatchback that weighs 375lbs more and has front wheel drive, but that's me.
