Need help finding a mechanic in Edmonton AB!

I need a mechanic who knows Subaru's well and can help me with my car, its a bit of a beater and i got it for supper cheap... i just need to know how MUCH of a beater it is and how much it will be to fix the thing up enough to pass an out of province inspection, any help at all on the subject will be very appreciated!!

What year & model is it?
I've rebuilt my 93' GC8 4 times so I have a pretty decent idea how the things run... its all powered by gypsy magic! But, seriously, if you don't mind a minor helpin' out just shoot me a pm. if I'm free I don't see why not.

As far a out of province inspection, full mechanical work and top notch service I use and have used exclusively since 1979 "Bert's Alignment" in the West end of Edmonton, Ph:780.484.1034
